Our team story...
Resilience Hub is a collective space founded by a group of compassionate, creative and curious women. The four of us found ourselves drawn together by a shared love of serving others and exploring the intricate tapestry of human experiences. At Resilience Hub, we cherish the uniqueness of every individual, celebrating the rich diversity of each person’s inner world while collectively fostering a deep affection for play, resilience, and community support.
“Resilience means you experience. You fall. You hurt. You fail. But you keep going anyhow.”
Yasmin Mogahed, Psychologist

I am an Occupational Therapist passionate about imparting knowledge about the brain and the body and stimulating an empowering ‘I can’ attitude. I have a master degree in rehabilitation and extensive experience working with children, young people and marginalised groups within health, education and community settings. My journey has taught me the importance of recognizing each individual’s unique narrative, needs, and context and that compassion, adaptability and creativity can go a long way. I’m fun-loving and energetic and if I’m not working, you’ll find me dancing or running up trails on our beautiful mountain.

I am a registered Wellness Counsellor and Parent Coach as well as an experienced facilitator of the attachment-based Circle of Security Parenting course. My background in journalism and my roles as a wife and mum have developed my profound interest in the stories that are embedded in our unconscious and in our bodies. I love journeying with parents as they move towards self-acceptance and rediscover hidden parts of themselves. To keep my own self-critical voice in check, I’ve embraced practices like surfing and clay-making which involve a lot of tumbling over and mess.

PAULA BOULLE
I am a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, a wife, mom of three, teacher and a lifelong student with a passion for supporting others on their healing journeys in a real and meaningful way. I belong to a huge extended family and am deeply grateful for this network of support. From this grew my love for building deep and authentic connections with people. Some of my favourite small pleasures are drinking red cappuccinos, walking barefoot on the beach and escaping the busy-ness of everyday life with some quiet meditation, yoga or a good book.

Neda O'Donovan
I am a Play Therapist with a Masters in Practice-Based Play Therapy from Leeds Beckett University. I come from a big family of five siblings and I now have two wonderful daughters in university, who’ve been my greatest teachers. Children have always been central to my life. Parenting has revealed both my strengths and vulnerabilities, profoundly influencing my approach with the families and children I work with. Over the past 30 years, my career journey has taken me from a Montessori school in London to supporting neurodivergent children in home-based therapy in London and at St. Joseph’s College in Cape Town, where I ran my own playschool. I’ve also contributed to the NGO sector, running literacy programs in Grassy Park.
