Resilience ToolBox Training offers bespoke, cutting-edge and science-based workshops supporting well-being and empowering resilience. A safe, compassionate and fun environment creates a space for individuals to experience the benefits of supporting their uniquely wired nervous systems and nurturing their mental health. No matter the context or background, our sessions are tailored to increase self-awareness and bring attention to what is already innate. Our training is interactive and experiential with tools that can be applied immediately with a focus on relationships, sensory systems, body-based practices and the power of play.
We deliver training to adults or children through parent groups, schools, children’s centres, hospitals, non-profit organisations, and any place wanting to improve the well-being of teams or communities. Training can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

Resilience ToolBox Groups for adolescents and caregivers offer opportunities for learning and group support. Safe and supportive peer-to-peer spaces are a powerful resilience-building tool that promote empathy, connection, flexible thinking and problem-solving. Equipped with a shared understanding of the impact of stress and trauma on the body and mind, these spaces enhance compassion and self-awareness.
Our facilitated groups are safe, reflective and interactive spaces lending themselves to authentic connection and realistic self-care ideas. Groups are available throughout the year and on demand and can be tailored to your needs.
